Will it fit my car?
The platform fits the back seat of most sedans, SUVs and trucks. Measure the width of your back seat between the doors and the depth from the seat back to the front seats — if you have roughly 54" of width, you're in range. Not sure? Send us your make and model and we'll tell you honestly.
Is the tether crash-tested?
No. Our clip-in tether is a restraint that keeps your dog on the seat and out of the footwell — it is not a crash-rated safety harness and we won't claim otherwise. If crash-test certification is what you need, look for a harness independently tested to that standard.
How does it install?
Two straps loop over the headrests, two anchors tuck into the seat crease, then the rigid base panel slides in to bridge the footwell. No tools, and it takes under two minutes the first time.
How do I clean it?
The surface is waterproof and wipe-clean — most mud and hair comes off with a damp cloth or a pass of the fur roller. Shake it out between deep cleans.
